This registration form will be used solely to collect information that can be used to help guide the structure of the club. Only your email address and password are required, but more info can help us organize the club better. Information you give will not be used outside the club, and submitting the form only indicates that you are willing to get emails about the club; there are no fees or other responsibilities associated with registering for the club. The password you give may be used later to enable access to a shared electronic photo album and/or other online resources for the club.
