486 Cluster

Four 486DX33 systems with a 2x2 video wall using 14" monitors with 10 Mb/s Ethernet and two independent PAPERS networks. This cluster is most often used for general testing of new software library versions (e.g., new AFAPI releases, etc.). It is shown above running on N-body gravitation simulation in which the objects are moving through a thin atmosphere, and, thus, leave thermal trails.

This cluster is no longer in use.

The Aggregate. The only thing set in stone is our name.
