Stuff Not To Buy

• Good for "Windoze" ain't always good for Linux
• If vendor doesn't know what's inside, don't buy it
• Get only what Linux suppports
  • Check SCSI controller, audio, PCMCIA cards, etc. using latest kernel make xconfig
  • Check video using latest xf86config
• Don't get Linux CDROMs
  (except for on-line sources and doc)
