As discussed in the syllabus, the project will involve each student independently reviewing a technical paper relevant to this course. You are being given the opportunity to select the general topic of the paper you will review, and you may even suggest that a particular paper be assigned to you. In the space below, briefly describe the type of topic you would like and, if you have a paper in mind, give a URL that identifies that paper. You will be sent an email no later than Tuesday, April 17, assigning you a paper.
